You will find it in Aquarius.   Your sky here is about Bortle 7, bright, so for this you want binoculars at least, from here.   The Moon is 62% lit and only 34° away, which will wash out anything faint nearby.   Best in the next 12 months: 2027-08-02, when it reaches 38° with 6.2 hours of darkness and the Moon 0%  lit.
